For established and new patients who need medical services, you can book an appointment here for all medical conditions including, but not limited to:

Establish care as a new patient, acute illness, injuries (we do not do stitches or splint broken bones), back pain, flu and pneumonia shots, medication refills, opioid dependence, mental health care, diabetes, hypertension, physicals, medicare annual wellness visits and care for all other medical conditions.

Once you book your appointment a staff member will contact you to gather the appropriate information and to make any necessary changes.

We do not accept Medicaid or FirstCare. If you have these insurances, we will offer you our affordable cash prices.

We do accept cash paying patients for all services.

Unfortunately, we cannot care for everyone. If at any point we determine that we are not able to provide the services you need we will refer you to the appropriate specialist. We reserve the responsibility to decline an appointment if absolutely necessary.
